Singapore’s press cafe, located at the corner of King and Ponce Streets, will offer a selection of fresh and seasonal produce to diners.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the green eggs cafe in Singapore’s Changi district, and it is currently open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm.
The new cafe is being billed as a “press cafe”, where diners can get a taste of the local cuisine while eating their way through their lunch.
“We wanted to create a place where Singaporeans could taste the diversity of local produce and produce from around the world,” said the cafe’s founder, Pramod Bhutia.
“The café will also serve up fresh and delicious dishes that you will be able to enjoy at home.”
The cafe’s menu will include a selection for lunch and dinner.
“The menu will also be tailored to suit the preferences of Singaporeans, so we’re sure you will love our offerings,” said Bhutias, adding that they will serve “a diverse range of vegetarian dishes, such as curry, curries, salads and snacks”.
The cafe, which has been in operation for almost five years, is one of the first in Singapore to be fully equipped with a press room, and is the first of its kind in the country.
