The food and drink is fantastic and the staff are friendly, so if you’ve got the patience, you’ll find it a great way to get a taste of what the world has to offer.
Rubys is a chain of cafes across the U.S. and Canada, and the owner of this particular one in San Francisco, Aaron Ross, runs it by himself.
In fact, he says, the whole experience is just for him, as he doesn’t have any staff.
Ross’s a retired bank teller who moved to San Francisco in 2000 and is now a regular at the popular Rubys Cafe.
The idea of a restaurant as a way to entertain was born out of a desire to meet other people who share his interests, he said.
I’ve been going there since the day I met the owner and he’s an amazing guy.
He loves the food, and he loves the service.
He’s really into it.
There are about a dozen Rubys Cafés in the U of S, and each one offers a unique take on the cafe experience.
It’s a great time to visit.
If you like good food, you may be surprised to find the menu of the place you’re dining at to be more varied than you would expect.
There’s no shortage of dishes, but there are also a few that you won’t want to miss.
Here are a few of our favorites.
Chicken fried steak (sans butter) With a fried chicken breast, a slice of avocado, and some fried onions on the side, this dish is one of the best choices we’ve ever had.
It goes well with the grilled corn, and a few other items on the menu.
Fried steak with roasted tomatoes and red peppers (salsa verde) This is a classic in the world of Mexican food.
The red peppers are smothered in a layer of salsa verde, and you can even add some of the cheese on top.
It has a nice crunch to it and the salsa verdas add a nice touch to the dish.
If that’s not enough, the meat is fried on a griddle with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
There is also a dessert version of this dish, which is served with a piece of pineapple.
It is a nice way to take a break from the main course.
Chicken salad (with cornbread) With sweet cornbread, creamy dressing, and fresh avocado, this is the perfect dish to end your meal.
It can also be made with any of the toppings, such as shredded lettuce, lettuce leaves, or even pickled jalapeños.
Fried chicken salad with green beans and guacamole (sautéed spinach) This dish is made with a lot of green beans, and is a great option for lunch or dinner, or a quick meal before a run.
If the dish is on the table for you, you can use a spoon to dip it into the sauce and then drizzle with some more guac, but you can also serve it with a spoon or a bowl of salad.
Salsa verdades (sauces made with cornbread flour) Another dish that comes with a plate of cornbread.
You’ll probably end up with at least a few servings of this, which will be topped with a small slice of sour cream.
It doesn’t get much better than this.
Fried green beans with a fresh avocado (with a side of salsa) This salad is served on the grill with a side dish of roasted tomatoes, a drizzle of fresh guacamas, and shredded lettuce.
It also comes with some sweet corn and some salsa verdes.
The green beans add some color and flavor to the plate.
Fried beans with chopped cilantro and green onion (with salsa verden) This comes with an avocado-drenched cornbread roll, a side salad of guac and salsa verdel, and green beans.
It comes with avocado and some guac.
Fried onions with grilled corn (with guac) This serves with a large slice of corn bread.
The salsa verda adds a little color and makes this dish even better.
Fried avocado salad (salt- and pepper-laden) This dessert dish is a little more simple than the others, but still delicious.
The roasted tomatoes add some texture and color to the avocado, but the guac is the star of the show.
Fried guac salad with grilled spinach (with chives and onions) This version has chives, onions, and sliced green onions on a plate.
You can serve it over the greens for a dessert option.
