It’s easy to forget that a good breakfast is one of the most important meals you can eat every day.
It’s the one that you don’t want to skip.
So, when we heard that the iconic Thai cafe, Bendi, in the heart of Bangkok, was making the transition to a modern cafe-style, we thought we’d try our hand at one ourselves.
It wasn’t long before we’d created a version of the popular breakfast with the same simple but comforting ingredients that we’ve been eating for centuries.
Here, we take a look at the five key ingredients of a Thai cafe-inspired breakfast, and give you tips on how to make your own.
A new breakfast?
If you’re feeling nostalgic, don’t worry.
It’ll still be the same.
We’ve kept the same ingredients, like the egg, milk and flour, but you’ll find more than 100 of them.
We’ll also have new recipes for our traditional breakfast, including pancakes, sandwiches and the classic fried chicken dish.
And if you’re craving a more contemporary twist, you can get the new Thai cafe in the UK, which is currently open to the public.
